The Nursery
.jpg)
A picture of a part of our conifers.
In 1995 we began as a hobby, growing Thuja, Cypres, Taxus, Buxus etc. Now we have more than 30 hectares planted with large conifers of the finest quality.

With assistance of modern technology and common sense we deliver beautyfull, full conifers with big roots to (a growing number of) customers. To get uniform conifers and perfect hedgeplants, nowadays all our trees are cut.
Al our products are transported in wooden crates.

Technique:
Al our products are replanted 3 times before selling. We usualy plant trees from 80 to 100 cm or higher, on a plant-distance of 1 meter.

The plant machine is of our own design. Replanting of Thuja Occ. Brabant, 100 cm.

The conifers are completely automatic planted on a distance of 1 meter, after the land is converted and drilled.

John Deere + drillmachine. The digging of conifers from 120 till 200 cm is done with a diggingmachine of our own design, after the twingemachine (also of our own design) twinges the roots first.

The twingemachine.

The diggingmachine The tractor with the diggingmachine drives next to the rows, a knife cuts the lower roots of the tree. Then the tree is picked up by the first conveyorbelt, This belt lifts the conifer, so the second conveyorbelt takes it high (see picture below), then the tree is moved to the netting machine.
.jpg)
The nettingmachine comes up and gives the tree a elastic net, then the tree moves to the third conveyorbelt and goes in to the packing. Just the cutting of the net still is done by hand.

Loos loading in the trailer is 1 of the possibilities to transport the conifers.
